These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including business owners who create accounts ("Business Users") and end customers who submit booking requests through Flowgent-powered pages ("End Users").

You retain full ownership of all data you submit to the Service, including business information, customer leads, booking records, and uploaded files ("Your Data"). We do not claim any ownership rights over Your Data.
We use Your Data solely to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export or delete Your Data at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support.
The Service, including all software, designs, logos, documentation, and related intellectual property, is owned by Flowgent Technologies LLC and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during your active subscription.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or feature requests, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback into the Service without any obligation to you.
If you use a custom domain or subdomain with the Service:
Payment terms, pricing tiers, billing cycles, refund policy, and cancellation terms will be added to these Terms before the first paid subscription is activated. Until then, access to the Service is provided at no cost during the beta period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Before filing any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at legal@flowgentech.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Any legal proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Flowgent Technologies LLC operates an SMS messaging program titled "Flowgent Audit Notifications" to communicate with prospects and customers who have explicitly opted in via the audit-request form at flowgentech.com/audit. The program covers:
To receive SMS messages from Flowgent, you must check the consent checkbox on the audit-request form at flowgentech.com/audit. The form contains a verbatim TCPA-compliant disclosure stating: "I agree to receive SMS messages and emails from Flowgent Technologies LLC about my free missed-call audit and related services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time. Reply HELP for help. By checking this box I confirm I am the owner or authorized user of the phone number and email provided."
Message frequency varies based on your engagement with the audit and follow-up workflow. Typical volume is fewer than 5 messages per recipient per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates from your wireless service provider apply to all messages sent and received. Flowgent does not charge any additional fee for the SMS program itself.
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. We also recognize the following opt-out keywords: CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, STOPALL, and OPTOUT. We will immediately remove your number from our messaging list and you will receive a one-time confirmation of your unsubscription.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS communications and the data collected at opt-in are governed by our Privacy Policy, including the dedicated SMS Communications Data section. We do not share or sell your phone number, opt-in record, or messaging history to third parties for marketing purposes.
